The game is fun and if you like puzzle and slow pace action then that game will please you. The only criticism I have is the control and the bad texture of the game as well as bugs from now and then.
OK It's one of the first game on Wii U and we can excuse the developers who don't have much experience with the hardware and the architecture of the console. Nevertheless I can't forgive the glitch and the controller hence 4 stars Pro- Good survival game. With other games of a similar genre, such as the Resident Evil series, you know that if you die you can just load your save file and try again. With this game if you die your character becomes a zombie. You then wake up as another character with no equipment - you have to find your original zombified character, kill them and retrieve your stuff.
It also records how many survivors you played through so the stakes are very high not to get killed, and you definitely sweat every time you see a zombie! Plenty of times to make you jump and swear also. Fantastic form start to finish. If you own a Wii U, like horror games and haven't played this then get it! It even has a cool feature where you can zombify your own face!
This is a fantastic survival horror. I haven't played a zombie game so difficult, it is never easy to get hold of weapons, it is basically just you and your cricket bat. The integration of the game pad is excellent, and the game play through it is seamless. I am always so tense when I play it, and you always expect a zombie to jump around the corner.
I have found myself jumping at things many a time. The multilayer feature is also fun, I just wish there were more options such as co-op mode. All and all this game is great, especially for the price! A must buy for fans of survival horror games. Great game, having so much fun playing it. True survival horror which involves savaging for supplies while keeping your eyes pealed for flesh eaters.
Wasn't sure about how I'd fell about having to look for pad to tv but really makes for some edge of seat moments when I was looking in backpack Wii U Pad Screen and seeing tons of zombies running at me on TV screen. This game makes great use of the gamepad and really shows off how the Wii U is really the only 'Games Console' out there as apposed to just being a lackluster PC in a box. If you like edge of you seat horror I can really recommend this truly it is a unique gaming experience.
Game came in mint condition and next day thanks to being on prime account. Adult only game in my opinion. You need to think a bit regarding your strategy, this isn't a zombie slash fest. If you're not thinking and planning then you won't survive long.
